Good place, rooms are more basic than comfortable but the place is well located. Room only, parking is good and good for getting into town.

The manager purchased a new iron when the existing wasn't immediately located. Quiet location easy walking distance from the city.

The host was very helpful and friendly and gave me good information about the local area. I arrived in Southampton in the morning after a long drive, my room was already ready so i the host said i could check in. When I checked out, I left my retainer in the bathroom and he kindly sent it back to be the following day. I offered to pay for the delivery, but he said he was happy to the cover the cost. 10/10 👍🏻
