As previously stated this is the first and only hotel I choose to stay in when I am in Southampton, comfortable, friendly and perfectly located for me. Staff are helpful and accomodating. Breakfast is included. Rooms and hotel is clean. Additional food menu has improved the ambiance of the hotel at meals times
