The fine print
Please note the lead guest must be 25 years or older. A copy of passport or drivers license is required within 24 hours of booking. The property will contact guests with check-in and key collection instructions after the security deposit has been paid. Guests will be contacted via phone within 24 hours from making the reservation, this is a mandatory company requirement. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves or by pets (please request before booking - pets allowed only once approved in advance) during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. We stayed here for work, The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, brilliant location. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. We have booked again this week.

Wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. The place was cleaned to a high standard, with comfortable beds and easy key collection. A manual was provided containing all the information needed during the stay. I will definitely book again if I return to the area.
