Everything! The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful—especially the lovely Mrs. Zainab, who truly saved my trip at the last minute. She was a beautiful spirit and a wonderful presence at the hotel, along with her amazing team. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the pool area was very relaxing. The location is perfect—right by the beach and close to the city. My room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a quick look at the city and the amazing views of the sea and swimming pool. Everything was spotless and well worth it. The entertainment was also a great bonus. I really enjoyed my stay.

I liked the service provided by most of the staff. The hotel itself provided good facilities, including the use of the Occidental Hotel facilities next door which had an indoor pool, a gym, atm and a shop.. The food was very good with variety. I really liked the Tunisian themed meal event. I liked the entertainment provided, which was different every evening. The room cleaning staff were excellent. Pool staff and bar staff were great. The table service staff were fantastic! Beach facilities were good with helpful staff and security.
