Good location. About a 10 min walk up to the castle. Beautiful little walled midevil town. We were there in early June was like we had the place to ourselves. Breakfast was great, host delivered fresh bread at 8 am and hung it on the door. the kitchen was pre stocked with breakfast goodies. 👍

Lovely, hobbit-like unit with kitchen and living room. Lots of sweet touches with small objects placed around the place. Eight minute walk to the Sortelha fortress.

The food disposed for us was pretty good, it was a very pleasent stay and the food was good and made for good breakfast, both me and my girlfriend loved it, extremely well located and it is a very charming place to stay. For motorcycle travellers: It is a very secure place and there is good amount of space for leaving your motorcycle. I would be careful while riding up/down there on the rain, the entrance to Sortelha for someone comming from south is a bit slippery and very twisty but also very pretty and fun to just ride. Note: If you're into ADV riding, there are quite a bit of dirt roads around for you to try riding.

Cozy renovated place keeping the tradicional and regional style. Clean, perfect location, friendly staff and fresh bread delivered to the door in the morning! We loved it!
