Please note that apartments are cleaned three times a week. For stays of less than 3 nights, the cleaning service is not available, while bathroom linen is changed once.The pool come at extra cost.Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. In the event of early departure, the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged.The guests of the Rota Suites can use the swimming pool of the Grand Hotel Riviera at the rate of Euro 30 per person and per day; children up to 6 years pay Euro 20.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Rota Suites is in a great location. Just 5mins walk to the main Piazza and Station. Kitchenette was fantastic as we had own stove to cook, toaster, Kettle and Fridge. Supermarket is a short walk up the road. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay there again in a flash.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We were welcomed by Raffaella who had our room ready and check-in was very quick. We were taken up to our room and was given a tour of all facilities within the room. The room was clean, plenty of towels and toiletries such as shower gel, hand wash and body wash was also provided. The room was cleaned the following day with fresh towels provided. The location was good as well as it is only a 10 min walk to the main strip within Sorrento where you have lots of food places and took us 15ish minutes to walk to the Marina. There are lots of other restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. The property also has parking which for 15 Euros a night is really cheap in comparison to parking in other car parks which charge nearly 40 to 50 euros a night. You are given a key to access the car parking which is fully secured by a gate. The entrance to the car park is slightly tight. I had a rental car which was a DS7 SUV and I managed to park with no issues however my car was nearly as wide as the entrance and I had an inch either side of the car so I would only recommend parking here if you have a smaller car than a DS7 unless you are a really good driver else you will scrape the wall. There is a laundry room which you can use to iron clothes or wash them. I believe washing them there maybe a small charge of a Euro or 2 but I cannot say as I didn't use the washer but I noticed a coin slot on them. The use of the iron has no charge. Communication by the apartment was very good as I messaged them prior to my arrival and they were helpful and friendly which this positive customer service continued from check-in to check-out. Overall it was a really good stay, clean room, comfortable bed, all facilities were working, hidden kitchen within the apartment as well. A nice balcony which is peaceful just to sit and enjoy the weather as well. Would stay here again.
