MARTHA “A relaxing stay in a beautiful location”

The gite was very spacious and bright, and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. The veranda was sunny, with a view to the fields, and there was an umbrella available for when it was too hot. There were good walks to take the dog around the gite, and also a bit further. The dog was welcome. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us good tips to visit local gardens and pubs. We recommend the Jardins d'Eau d'Annevoie, Arboretum Robert Lenoir (free, in Rendeaux), and the Abbeys Orval and Maredsous. There are many other beautiful villages and towns to visit at a short distance from the gite. There was also a very nice folder listing some good restaurants, places to go etc and also where to buy and taste local produce (excellent cheeses, salamis, ice cream, fruit etc). Overall, a wonderful stay.
