This is the choice for a gourmet experience and a taste of authentic french chic. The hotel has many fascinating little bits such as the lights, chairs, art, selection of wine bottles and decor. The rooms are nicely done and bathrooms great! Dinner was an absolute highlight. Mussels in a cream and bacon sauce, beef that melts in your mouth, puddings to die for and amuse bouche and extras that really add to the experience! Extensive and impressive wine list very reasonably priced with glasses at 5 euros and baottles at 27 or so. We drank the local Pouilly Fuisse and it was tremendous! Breakfast was great, cook yourself eggs, fresh nectarines and other fruit, huge home cooked croissant, home made jams, bread etc etc and fresh squeezed juice that was like eating an orange.
