“Comfortable, disability and allergy inclusive, 10/10 stay”

Staff were incredibly helpful with absolutely everything. The breakfast even contained a full allergy section which included gluten free options and dairy free options which I was very grateful for! Toilets were available on practically every floor, the lobby, the restaurant and the conference. There were games to play in the lobby too! We loved our room, it was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, even though it was a room with no window we had a sky light!

I personally did not feel the staff were very nice or ready to go the extra like. The room was very neat though

Good size room, child was amazed by big window and view of trains. Got breakfast bags as we were leaving early. Really good location.
