Location was excellent. We arrived at the airport and needed somewhere local for night 1. Solihull was great for shops - M&S Food, Next and Tesco Petrol set us up. Henley in Arden was a very pleasant out of town experience. We were met by Tom on reception who helped us plan our next day at the cricket. Room was good and it had an excellent shower. Breakfast was good and I like black pudding.

All ok aapart fro a drunk person thinking my room was there at 3am and trying to open door! hilarious thee was a wedding party on at same time didn’t bother me a bit and reasonable south proofing from the party too

Staff were lovely, nice restaurant and bar. Breakfast was nice and good value for money. On the price, it may have been a little expensive given the standard of the room but it was a very busy weekend in Birmingham with hotel rooms in high demand and as such, we found the price reasonable.
