location was key for me for the NEC, shame the road into the NEC was closed, so it added 15 mins per morning onto the journey

Quiet location and was perfect for us visiting family in the area also close to local amenities. Nicely decorated, thoughtful layout, and good size property for up to 4 occupants. Never used the garden but would be lovely in the summer. Felt safe, large drive. Really helpful,friendly neighbour helps look after the property. Towels provided but small so recommend taking your own.
