The breakfast was good, the personnel was very positive. Air conditioning was good too. Bathroom was clean.

The room is spacious for both room and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator to cool drinks. A well functioned air condition for summer. I stay in floor 6 where sometimes opening the window is better than air condition.

Location, near train station, bus station, metro station. Trams run just across the hotel. Room big & nice. Breakfast excellent I would stay there again if ever I am in Sofia

-The hotel is in a good location, very close to subway and tram station. -The staff was very kind and listened to our complaints. (Offered to change our room, but we declined since we had to stay only one more day)
