The communication with the staff was easy and fruitful. Each staff member supported my stay. I felt myself as a desired and expected guest! The location of the hotel is in the city heart. At the reception desk the service was great. The room was air-conditioned, clean, comfortable and quiet, with coffee/tea compliments. The bed was comfortable. The bath - spacious and clean. The breakfast was pretty good - fresh & tasty! Thank you, Art Plaza Team! Sure, I would be happy to be your guest again.

Fantastic location easy to walk to tourist sites, shops, restaurants and cafes. Room was clean, bed comfy, fresh towels daily. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Reception staff all spoke English, which was helpful.
