We had a great experience in this hotel. Beautiful view from the room. Sparkling clean room and hotel. I enjoyed the spa center- absolutely recommend taking the time to have a massage there. Hotel staff were so kind and welcoming. We had a great stay

The property is nestled in a quiet area of the central area of Sliven, it has a good view of the mountain. The building itself is pleasant with its inspired by the Bulgarian revival architecture. The materials used are natural stones and the feeling of cleanliness gives you a particular sense of freshness.

The hotel staff provided exceptional service, demonstrating both friendliness and professionalism throughout our stay. The spa facilities were particularly impressive, prompting us to return for massage treatments on four separate occasions. Each massage was highly satisfactory, exceeding our expectations. Additionally, the studio we booked proved to be perfectly sized for our needs. The Château Bozukoff wine offered at the hotel is worth trying. We bought some for gifts too.
