We had a good stay at AX Hotel in Malta. Overall, everything was nice — some areas could use a little renovation, but nothing major. The rooftop pool is definitely a highlight, with great views and a relaxing vibe. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend!

The hotel is in an excellent location and offers great service. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and are always on hand to assist guests. It is also close to shops, restaurants and the ferry to Valletta.

We stayed at AX The Palace with our 6-month old baby for a week and we had the loveliest time. The hotel is located centrally in Sliema, 5 minutes walk to the sea front, including the Valetta Ferry, tour boats and bus stops. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-looked after. Staff are incredibly friendly - every single staff member we met went out of their way to help us, but a special mention goes to Sailendra & Leonie at breakfast and Dominika upstairs at the pool bar - you really made our holiday, thank you! Breakfast was fantastic - options for everybody, fresh and tasty, and coffee was good too. All of the facilities were excellent and well-maintained. The pools are all great, we only used the rooftop pool, which is fabulous on a hot day. The view of Valetta from the roof is fantastic too. Guests were all respectful, with well-behaved children. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I would book again in a heartbeat.
