Thank you for the nice stay, Manos! Everything was just as it was for us - perfect location, enough and clean space, free parking. Manos is a wonderful host, a very warm-hearted person! Thank you for the delicious food and the amazing gifts!

Absolutely the best place we have ever stayed. Manos and his mother Aleksandra were the most hospitable and friendly hosts that we have ever met. We were only there for 4 nights but during that time we were very much made to feel a part of the family. We were given fabulous home cooked greek meals on 3 occasions, our beds and towels were changed daily. Today we moved to the next part of our holiday in Skiathos, and as we walked into our next apartment we both commented....it's not the same without Manos! We're missing them already! We would absolutely stay at Manos Apartments again, and recommend them to anyone who wants a traditional greek welcome. Thank you Black Beard and Aleksandra for a lovely holiday. This afternoon in Skiathos we heard someone do your whistle and both looked round expecting to see you shouting....you like beans? 😂😂

What a wonderful place! And what wonderful hosts, Manos, aka Black Beard and his lovely mother Alexandra. They made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. Manos picked us up from the port and delivered us to the small collection of apartments he built himself more than 30 years ago and has decorated delightfully with vibrant hand painted art lurking in every corner. It's hard to believe the level of generosity and hospitality we experienced here. It was unprecedented. We opened the fridge to find it already stocked with water, beers and a bottle of wine. I asked Manos for an ice tray for my favourite tipple ouzo and 10 minutes later he returned with a huge bag of ice, another bottle of wine and a bottle of ouzo! We were just recovering when he came back with a plate of pastichio. And so it went on... We would often come home to find a dish covered with foil hiding a delicious home made treat: moussaka, stuffed vegetables, brim, stuffed aubergines and the famous Skopelos pie. Manos is indeed the god of food and hospitality. On top of that, the bed linen was delightfully crisp and fresh and changed every single day by Manos and his mother. The bins were also emptied daily and basic household items replenished. Like a 5 star hotel only better because it's very personal. Alexandra is 90 years old and still going strong! She is warm and welcoming and though she doesn't speak much English, a hug is a hug in any language. We can't thank you both enough for making our holiday so special. We would recommend Manos Studios to anyone who values an authentic, personal experience. We will certainly be back!

I can highly recommend the accommodation. I have never experienced such hospitality. Absolutely exceptional. The host came to the port for me and brought my suitcase for the return trip. The environment is very beautiful and you can take the bus anywhere on the island, to all the beautiful beaches. A complete paradise!
