A lovely old-world cottage, with modern conveniences. Our room was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we wanted in it. The stairs are quite steep, but there is a stairlift installed for anyone with mobility problems. Our kind and friendly host met us on arrival to show us round and give us the key - and she had thoughtfully provided us with a pint of milk and some sweet treats to get us started. Skipton is a short drive away for shopping, so is the Embsay steam railway. The photo shows a view taken from a walk down the roadside looking back at the cottage, barn and farmhouse.

Heather was exceptionally helpful. warm and welcoming. The cottage is in a beautiful, peaceful location with a huge garden and cosy interior.

Absolutely brilliant location just outside Skipton but in a beautiful location. Truly warm welcome from the host great Comms before the visit too. Great value for money
