Clean, warm, plenty of hot water. Bathroom and en suite have been uddated and are good. Property sleeps five but only four dining chairs etc. Bedding clean but poor quality and furnishings dated. No complimentary toiletries. The accommodation is in a good location, not far from town centre and restaurants.
