Beautiful location. Walking distance to centre. Close to supermarkets. Clean and quiet. Very nice. Hosts are relaxed and friendly.

It is a great house, really beautiful location. The rooms were big and the kitchen was really well equipped. They came to clean the house in day 4 and it was much appreciated. The view was totally amazing. The beach is not that far from the house, you just need to walk through a olive garden and just cross the street ( it's not the best beach as the sand in the water is covers with some big stones that are also covered in some sort of algae, but if you pass them, the water becomes clear). We really loved this place, it had everything we needed and more. It's really close to the bus station. The buses are coming really often and on time. It's at almost 20 minutes walk to the city center but keep in mind that is an up hill walk. To get to the house from the main street, you have to walk an uphill path ( maybe 2 minutes) that may be really hard for some people, especially old people. Overall we loved it and we recommend staying here.

Ftelia house is so spacious and clean! We only had the two of us staying so we could really spread out but you could easily have 4 of you in and still feel like you have plenty of space. It’s got everything you need. I love mid-century modern aesthetics, so the 70s style open plan kitchen was a real winner for me! And the terrace is lovely and spacious for dinner outside. The views are amazing. Although the beach nearby isn’t on the top 5 list we thought it was great, it didn’t feel overcrowded, and you weren’t being blasted with music from multiple different beach bars and overcharged (would recommend Swell Cafe for a cheap sunbed for the day). There are also loads of nice restaurants on that stretch of beach, traditional tavernas and more modern formal restaurants. The house is a short 20 minute picturesque beach walk to the centre of town, and the bus stop (with the bus which will take you to the other beaches or town or some of the boat hire places) is just at the bottom of the driveway up to the building. There’s also a supermarket at the bottom of the driveway. Note you can get salad, cheese, pasta etc from the supermarket but not a great selection of meat to cook in any of the smaller supermarkets we saw so worth picking up any meat or fish from the butcher/fishmonger when you are in town.

The view, the cleanness, the big kitchen. The olive orchard was fantastic, the way to the beach through the orchard fabulous. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, when shower head broke, it was replaced immediately without any hessitation...great service. The cleaning 2x a week including bed shifts keeping a good hotel standard was a very nice surprice.
