Perfect location within view of the pier. The owner was lovely and very accommodating with our needs when checking in which was above and beyond. Very comfortable beds and sofas and the biscuits / complimentary water and stock of coffee and tea requirements were very appreciated.

Nearly everything about this place is perfect. Everything we needed for our short stay was provided for including straighteners and a hairdryer. Bottles of cold water in a mini fridge. Biscuits to go with the complimentary tea and coffee. Iron and ironing board available if needed and a fan in the room which was well needed. On top of all this an alternative room was provided to save me hauling myself to the top floor with my dodgy knee.
