It was a very lovely place, they had 3 rooms with 1 double bed and the other two rooms each with 2 single beds enough for kids to fit in, it was very nice. We liked the balcony, the green field in the front, very easily commutable to aldi and coop as well ad the beach approximately 20 minutes away. The train station was also just 25 minutes away as well. They also had one bathroom with shower and the orther bathroom with just a toilet. They had kitchen with utensils supplied, and a fridge and freezer as well.

The caravan was lovely, clean and modern, it had everything we needed for the weekend - great that the bed linen and towels were included. Communication with the owner was good throughout and helpful. The location of the site was great, walking distance to Skegness which was great for us. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
