Location. Lots of Switches and plugs in the apartment. Lovely to hear birds in the morning instead of traffic and loud crowds. Underground parking was tight but manageable (we had a VW Touareg). The persons at the reception were friendly and helpful (see note below about late arrival though). Nice high cieling. Great pillows, NOT feather pillows. Funny thing, the corridor window to the apartment must have been left open and then closed during the evening, because at the late hour we arrived, we were greeted by a small owl who couldn't get outside form the corridor . We opened the window and let it out.

Great place, we didn't use the parking because there was free parking on the street. Lots of restaurants/bakeries near by. It was extremely so we just took takeout, as most dinner places don't have ACs.

A real value! We parked our car in the basement parking lot which was perfekt as it hailed during our stay in Sirmione. Our host was friendly and helpful and the location of our appartment was quiet but still close to the lake, restaurants and shops.
