Very nice room and good bathroom, everything worked. Great balcony, but very sunny at the afternoon. Host was extremelly helpfull and it was no problem to leave our stuff there for the last day jn Sirmione. It is in the nice, not too loud neighbourhood.

The property was in a great location with beautiful Lake Garda opposite. Convenient for supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants etc. A bike path, bus route will take you into the old town of Sirmione, or an easy, direct 10 minute car journey. The buses are frequent and reliable, plus the hotel offers you free bikes, which is a great bonus. The hotel is spotless and cleaned on a daily basis. Plus snacks, water/juice is provided, which is a lovely touch. Staff are pleasant and friendly. We couldn’t fault this place. Highly recommended. I surprised it’s only 1 Star!

Room with nice view and excellent location. Lake is just opposite the house, there is a bar for drink, coffee and snacks in the house. Good parking lot available. Comfortable beds, nice size of the bath with everything you will need. Positively surprised since there were snacks, coffee, tea, jams, chocolate cream, cold water and cold soft drinks available and free of charge in the room. After a long traveling, this was great refreshment. Our room was with a big balcony overlooking the bar/street/lake which was a big plus for us. Quite neighborhood, but also near to the points of our interest. We even manage to go to the old town of Sirmione by foot ( ca. 45 min walking)
