The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of the main sights and public transport. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the place was decorated with a lovely contemporary style.

A good central location, close to Ortigia and easy to access by car. Apartment included all you need in terms of kitchenware, cooler, freezer but save a microwave owen. Had however a washing machine in kitchen (no dishwasher) which was handy for us. Landlord warned us about that the hotwater tank was 80 litres but it was no problem for us with 4 people. Very fast and direct service by landlord both at check-in and we got his number. That was handy when we found that the Nespresso coffeemaker suddenly had given up and started to leak water. One call and it was exchanged the day after. It is a city area but well insulated and aside for some dogs with the neighbour it was quiet.

location was perfect . ortigia was just 5 mins walk. surrounded by lot of shops and restaurants. house is spacious with 2 bedrooms and nice interiors. kitchen is well equipped . the owner is very nice . he helped us with lot of information. we arrived pretty late in the night due to flight delay. he was very patient and waited for us to check in .
