The proprietor was very accommodating and flexible regarding check in and check out . Breakfast excellent. WiFi fast. Near to station and local sites . Very quiet location

The accommodation was excellent, over our expectations. The host was excellent and very nice with us during our stay. Lucy was really nice out stay , even she gave us a list with places where to eat , what to visit and always she was happy to assist us and help us with planning our trip. The location was about 10-15 min walk form Ortigia Island and 5 min from Syracuse city centre. Another important aspect, the host cleaned out room and made our bed every day which was a suprise from out. I recommend the accommodation. 10/10 for the accomodation. 10/10 host . 10/10 location.

Lucy, the owner, was a great host! She made sure we had a parking space outside the B&B and was welcoming and friendly. She gave us lots of helpful tips about places to visit and information about the local area. Breakfast was on an inner terrace and it was lovely to have our breakfast in the October sunshine. Located just 5 minutes walk from the bridges into Ortigia, the property is also in a good location for visiting the Archaeological Park in Siracusa (5 minutes walk away). The property is situated in an area that is full of life in the day but was very quiet and peaceful at night time.

Lucy was super welcoming and recommended some places to go in Syracusa. The room was perfect, clean, comfy and with great wifi. She gave us a map and a bottle of water. There is a common fridge to keep some cold things if needed. The location is a bit far from the old town but it is possible to walk (around 15-20 minutes). We were lucky and parked for free on the street right next to the apartment, however, it can be quite busy and pay attention to the parking signs. She takes care of the whole building, check-in and check-outs, and the breakfast. It was great, home-made and we ate it in a nice indoor terrace.
