The staff really made this hotel stay for us. They reached out before we arrived and arranged a transfer to and from the airport, on check in we were given lots of information on the local area and where to explore, they chatted to you at breakfast and were a real credit to the hotel. The room was comfortable and really quiet. The hotel had an evening maid service in case you needed fresh towels which was good. We ate in the restaurant on the first night since we were exhausted from travelling. What a pleasant surprise, the restaurant was of a really high quality with delicious food. Again the service was great, friendly staff happy to talk through the wine list. Breakfast was buffet style with lovely coffee. There's not so much directly by the hotel, but it's only a short walk to Ortigia where there's lots to see and do. The archaeological park is about 15 minutes walk away so you don't need a car to explore from this location.

Great location not too far from all sites and an easy walk from the train station. Friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Bedroom was nice and bright and well decorated.

The room was delightful with very original designer lighting and a beautiful painted ceiling. We were really impressed by it and will borrow some of the lighting ideas. The walk to Ortigia was very easy and it was nice that this hotel was located away from the tourist bustle of Ortigia.

The premises were super clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Location is very convenient (5 minutes walk to the main attraction -Ortigia) and 10 minutes walk to the bus / train station. Breakfast was good (not a lot of variety though) and the coffee was perfect. The bathroom facilities were very good. The shower had good water pressure and we had adequate storage space for our clothes and stuff. On the whole this hotel is value for money and I would choose it again if I stay in Siracusa.
