The hotel is perfectly situated near the centre of old town, and has a lovely view out the window. The receptionist - Rafaella, was the most amazing and helpful person. She recommended restaurants and made reservations for us, helped us with directions, assisted us in many ways. The breakfast was superb. We overate every morning, but we couldn't help ourselves. The ability to order an espresso (or whatever) and have it delivered with a smile was an additional bonus. The room was comfortable and clean.

Amazing breakfast. Great location -close to train station & tourist bus - restaurants. Real cappuccino machine. Comfortable beds. Very clean.

Great welcome and given lots of information and taken to the room by Nuno who I believe is relatively new but fantastic customer service. I run a hotel and he is definitely an asset 👍
