The reception opens from 10 am to 8 pm daily. Photo ID verification may be required before check-in. Any special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. For any refund of payment due to cancelation, a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total collected amount.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The staff Eric and the other one are very helpful Especially when I asked for an iron steamer for my gown I Appreciated that they made an effort helping me to set up the iron, Although it still doesn't work. I just hope next time they do have an extra iron for some guests Other than that this place is highly recommended, we will definitely come back and stay again here.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was a bonus. It is also very close to Chinatown and public transport.
