Housekeeping and linen changes are done only weekly and are not available on weekends and local Public Holidays. Full advance payment of the entire duration of stay is required prior to check-in. The reception is closed on public holidays.Guests arriving outside of 14:00–17:30 are advised to contact the property in advance.Complimentary parking is available for 1 car per reserved reservation and is subject to availability.Parking spaces must be reserved in advance.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location was fantastic. Very convenient for shopping. Mall across the road. MRT short walk. Airport less than 15 minutes drive. We booked the Executive Suite for 2 adults and 1 child. Having 2 toilets and 2 showers was handy. The kitchenette was also a plus.

Arrived late and received clear instructions for self check in. Fiendly staff. Thoughtful touches like free popsicles and snacks for guests. Rooftop terrace very pleasant. Convenient location for public transport. Pool was tiny but nice!

The location was excellent for the station and shopping mall. The beds had good quality linen on them and were very comfortable.

Love their warm touches and cleanliness. The staff could not have been more wonderful and very helpful when I was in a bit of a pickle.
