The staff was very helpful and efficient and intelligent in resolving my key card. He was courteous and sincerely apologized for the inconvenice as I had a Business call scheduled shortly. The staff in the morning for check out was thoughtful for luggage storage and very friendly. He managed the busy desk with easy and humor. Lots of smiles.

Great location. Joo Chiat Rd links Marine Parade to the Geylang area so you have access to Chinese, European and Malay cuisine all on the one street. A bonus for me was the short walk to Quentin's Eurasian restaurant on Ceylon Rd.

Hotel was good and clean and resonably priced for a layover of approximately 22hrs compared to other hotels.
