Please note that reception opening hours are 08:30 – 22:30 daily. Guests arriving after 22:30 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that air conditioning is only available 18:00 – 12:00 (the following day). The in-room fans are available throughout the day. Please note that parents with accompanying children below the age of 5 must book the entire dormitory room. (Refer to policies for information on other age groups). Please note that this property does not accept bookings made with debit cards due to resources. Guests must provide credit card information. Please note that all guests must present a non-Singaporean passport upon check-in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Pod experience was good. Got the privacy that's missing in bunk beds. Ac was decent. It's switched off between 3pm and 7pm but it doesn't get uncomfortable. Washrooms were clean. Overall value for money 👍🏼

I had a very late flight and arrived at the Hive about 02:30 Sunday morning. Although no staff was visible, my key was sitting the front desk with name attached. I quickly found my capsule and all went smoothly.

It’s very cool place, i had little troubles to find entrance, but other than that nothing to complain. It’s clean, toilets are clean too, good localisation.
