Housekeeping apartment cleaning services are provided thrice a week from 09: 00 to 17:00 except for Sundays & public holidays. Cleaning days will be assigned based on the apartment floor allocated for the bookings.Physical IDs or passports are required for hotel check-ins in accordance with the National Registration Regulations (NRR).Please note that our front desk is manned from 07:00 to 23:00 daily. Any late arrival will be assisted by our night security.Children under the age of 12 years can stay for free if using the existing bed in the apartmentPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The premise is great, facilities are well-maintained without exception, and the staff is friendly and helpful well beyond expectations. The location at Orchard was excellent for our purposes. The view is gorgeous and the room is spacious for Singaporean standards. By far enough space to live (and work, in my gf's case) comfortably as a couple.

Very well maintained rooms. Clean and modern and excellent location. Staff were friendly and professional. Walking distance to Orchard Road shops and accessible via Grab/taxi. I liked that we had kitchen and laundry facilities so it felt more homely.
