Like the layout of the room. Because I had to write and have virtual meetings on this trip, I really appreciated the nice big desk sited cleverly at the window with a lovely view of Balestier Road. There was also a little couch by the window and ample space to place my books and stationary on the table and by the bay window. Bed was comfortable, good coffee corner with kettle at easy reach from the desk. Storage was adequate, toilet adequate. Aircon was nice and cold. In all, all the points for a good room were there

There are many cafe, restaurant, and shops surrounding the hotel. It is very convenient. The ceiling of the room is high, which makes the room feel spaceous.

room was clraned every day and towels replaced. great experience with bus connectivity. The bathroom lock system is not easy with a small pin. some note on how to use will help.

The room and hotel were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was OK but could have been closer to a MRT. Getting a Grab taxi was quite easy. The presence of a food court and supermarket across the road was a big advantage.
