Property is good for strictly budget stays. Rooms are simple but clean, no windows in most rooms. MRT is nearby, 500 mtrs.

The staff at Hotel 81 Elegance are very friendly and flexible. When I requested for a room with a fridge and safe even though I was last minute they quickly found me an available room a few days later even though they were fully booked, and even gave me a choice of room I wanted. When I needed to unlock my safe they came straight away and even changed the safe batteries for me very quickly just in case. Very efficient and a pleasant stay for me as always.

I was there for the Rugby 7’s on the weekend and was within walking distance from the hotel and then the Golden Oldies Rugby which was a bit more difficult to find by train and then walking. problem was i had NO Wifi which made things hard. i was still able to get there and walked a lot further than expected. my fault though, so i just worked out the problem and got there.
