Full payment is required within 24 hours upon booking. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation, upon arrival. The property reserves the right to request for full payment or cancel the booking, should the guest fail to do so. The property is located in a building with no elevator. From 28 February 2022, Heritage Collection on Chinatown will be activating its mobile self check-in process! Here are some important information to note before you book: -All staying guests must have a valid credit/debit card to be issued a mobile key. -A valid passport is required to complete your pre-arrival registration form and for verification upon check-in. -Complete check in process will be shared via email upon completing your booking. The property only accepts Passport ID as a valid identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This is a non-smoking premise. A fine of SGD1000 will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking. The Management reserves the right to forfeit the full deposit and impose eviction and/or charge on the credit/debit card provided. We highly recommend that your own suitable travel insurance is in place at the time of booking.This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise.

My single room at Heritage Collection Chinatown was exceptionally comfortable — modern, clean, quiet, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location was unbeatable, with three diverse heritage places of worship (a Hindu temple, a mosque, and a Buddhist temple) right across the road, along with three hawker centres offering hundreds of affordable local meals. It was also just a short walk to cultural spots, pre-war shophouses, and the vibrant Clarke Quay area with its trendy restaurants and nightlife along the Singapore River.

We booked a loft for 2 nights. It was very good value for money. The location is amazing, you are close to the public transport and Chinatown market is 2 second away for light souvenir shopping and ahopping centre is 10 min walking distance. Overall very good, I liked the free laundry facilities and Mary and Yani were great. They answered all of our questions very quickly and even hold our suitcases after checkout as we had a late flight. I would definitely recommend and stayed again.
