Guest houses Overview

Mariner Guesthouse & Villa is built on the mountainside above the Simon´s Town harbour and offers stunning views across False Bay. The owner-run guest house is within walking distance of the centre of town and beaches.
The spacious and elegantly decorated rooms feature air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi, microwave ovens, bar fridges, tea-and-coffee making facilities and ensuite bathrooms in all units. All rooms have sea views and most have balconies.
Mariner Guesthouse & Villa has a spacious double volume lounge with leather couches, oriental carpets and a wood burning fireplace. The open plan living and dining area has large windows overlooking the ocean and extends onto a veranda, where guests can enjoy their breakfast.
The property has built-in barbecue facilities, is eco-friendly and offers free parking on site. All rates include breakfast, except for the Family Unit and Garden Apartment, which are booked as self-catering, with the option of adding on breakfast.
The African Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach, boat trips, hiking trails and museums are all within 1km or ten minutes walk and Cape of Good Hope or Chapman's Peak are a scenic 20 minutes drive from Mariner Guesthouse & Villa. We look forward to welcoming you!

This spacious and air-conditioned room comes with a king bed or 2 twin beds and luxurious linen. A full bathroom and a small kitchenette for self-catering add to the room’s features, while the private covered balcony offers views across False Bay and the Simon's Town harbour.

Featuring an antique 4-poster bed and luxurious linen, this suite extends onto a private balcony with panoramic sea views. It has an en suite bathroom with a large bath, shower and double basins. The room is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, flat-screen TV and air conditioner.

The room has an en-suite shower bathroom, a sitting/dining area and a covered balcony overlooking False Bay. there is a small kitchenette with microwave and bar fridge in the Studio Ceiling fan and panel heaters, There is a ceiling fan, panel heater and air-conditioner in this Studio.

This apartment features a fireplace. This spacious apartment features 2 separate bedrooms leading into each other, the main bedroom with Twin or a King size beds and the 2nd with a 3/4 bed . Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and an oven in the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also comes with a barbecue. The apartment features a TV with streaming services, a tea and coffee maker, a seating area, a safe deposit box as well as sea views. The unit has 3 beds and a 3/4 sleeper couch. This apartment is on the ground floor with private enclosed garden ideal for families with children or pets. Beautiful view! lovely rooms. Great staff. Excellent location to shops and penguins and Boulder beach. Closest stay to Cape Point park, ostrich farm, Cape of Good Hope. safe and secure. good breakfast. big thumbs up and would definitely stay there again. easy to drive around town and sites.
