My stay at shivanand hotel was very pleasant. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

In my 2 days stay, one day breakfast preparator was on leave and there was no substitute to provide breakfast however, only tea with 4 biscuits were served but 2nd day, service rendered was excellent and it satisfied my hunger. Complementary tea cup was too small and needs quantity of tea should be slightly enhanced.
