The house is family friendly and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. As a family with a toddler we were happy to be provided with a baby cot along with baby sheets and towel, children's feeding chair as well as a children's play corner where our kid loved to spend time and play. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dining table and the space is open to a cosy comfortable living room. The hot water is manageable very easily if the instructions of the host are followed. The owners made our stay very nice the way they had prepared the house for us- they provided extra bed linen and towels, water, snacks, fruits, breakfast and many more....Communication was quick and smooth, the host was available at all times. Parking is free in the village, just beware of the Saturday's market and ask locals where it is safe to park as they close one whole street to make room for the market. We are extremely happy to have chosen Despina's house for our 6-day stay and if we were to go back to Sykia we would definitely stay there again. Big thanks!

Everything was amazing. The host was very kind. He had left us things like coffee, water, croissants, fruits, bread, ham, cheese, and many more in the place. This is especially useful if you are coming early or late. The house itself is perfect for a family, clean and cozy. We had a nice time and we'll be back next summer as we love this area of Chalkidiki.

The property is very cozy in a renovated old greek house.The house is clean and in the kitchen you will find all the things neccesary for cooking .At the arrival we find in the house fruits and water for our consumtion, very nice surprize from the owner .I recomand this house for couple or family vacantion.

Excellent house for family. Very clean, comfortable and there is everything you need for the stay. It is in a small village without crowds, very convenient for walks with small children.
