Hotel and staff are all good. Location seems bit off because you won't get anything nearby. But staffs are really nice.

Pool was great after sweating whole day, aircon and mosquito net, they offer food which is a plus when raining, super close driving to the lion rock. Manager was friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Booking.com keeps saying to pay in USD but they prefer LKR when on premises. Breakfast included.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent—the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better. The breakfast was lovely, with a great selection of delicious food. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
