Very kind hosts! The gentleman organized everything for us and had great connections. Breakfast and dinner were lovingly prepared by his wife – highly recommended. Everything was clean and very beautiful.

It was the second time staying here and would definitely come back again. Lal and his wife were super nice hosts, they always cooked the best meals for us - rice&curry in the evening, and breakfast so filling that we didn’t need to eat for almost a whole day after again :) The rooms were nice, the bathrooms were okay. The location is great as well, only 15 minutes walk from the main entrance of Lion Rock. Highly recommended!

Lal’s home and family was the perfect way to start our Sri Lanka trip. Lal goes out of his way to help and organise any extra trips you would like. Whilsy there he organised sunrise walk and afternoon Safari trip. After asking how the best way to Kandy was Lal offered to drive him himself, stopping at temples and the spice garden on the way. Home cooked meal by his Wife was delicious and massive portions both breakfast and dinner. Great value for money
