Upon arrival I was welcomed with some homemade herbal tea in the garden. Madu was very friendly, helped me get a tuktuk and let me use a bike. Great value for money, would definitely recommend!

In the middle of nature and a great host - he took us around in his tuktuk on the day we arrived and made super delicious breakfast!

Amazing hut for the price & fresh breakfast also included everyday. There are restaurants within a 15-20minute walk away & only a ten minute tuktuk drive to sigiriya rock. Lovely family, so welcoming. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet stay :)

The pictures really do not do this place any justice - it is simply stunning. If you want pure retreat vibes then this place is for you. Even if you book the budget room, it will not disappoint - actually I saw the larger rooms and the budget room I thought was better 🤣
