Great location in Siena’s old town. The room had a huge bed and nice bathroom - everything looked very modern and clean.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. Titzano was so helpful, informative and nothing was a problem. The breakfast buffet included was also exceptional with smiley staff. And then to top it off the aquifer which Birbo recommended was shown to us by the most passionate/knowledgeable man ever.
