Amazing hotel in a good location of Siem Reap. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and kept clean, cleaners came every day if you wanted. Fruit and water in the room too plus a paid mini bar. We had a small issue of a leak when the storm hit but they couldn’t have responded better, we got upgraded rooms and a free massage at the spa for the inconvenience. Breakfast was very good. We also arranged tours and transfers with the hotel which was very convenient and a fair price. The room price was very good for a 5 star service!

Temple is a group with hotels, restaurants and bars. Being a guest here, we could enjoy discounts within the same group (I think). The moment that I arrived, a welcome drink was served which was really refreshing for the heat. Prior to the arrival, I raised the request of having an additional bed and the management made the arrangement without extra charge. The room was super spacious even after the second bed took up quite some space. Shower, washroom and basin are all separated which makes sense to me. Decent size of swimming pool. Some days if we returned from the tours early, a dip in the water really helped cool down. Great location: 15 min walking distance to the pub street and surrounded by eateries, bars and cafes. Worth mentioning that the staff could help change currencies. The team was super friendly and helpful. Over all, we couldn't have a better stay!
