Airport transfers from Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI) to the hotel with an air-conditioned car at a fee of USD 35.00 per way. The transfer includes amenities such as cold towels, drinking water, soft drinks, and beer. Guests are asked to please provide their arrival details in the Siem Reap region in advance through the Special Requests box.Operating hours for the Preah Peay Restaurant are from 6:30 in the morning until 22:00, while the bar opens at 6:30 in the morning and closes at 22:00. The swimming pool is accessible from 9:00 in the morning to 21:00. SENPIDOR spa is available for guests from 11:00 in the morning until 22:00 in the evening.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. It’s hard to find enough superlatives to truly capture our experience at the Golden Temple Retreat. While the hotel itself is visually stunning, with elegant design and impeccable facilities, what truly made our stay exceptional was the warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness of the entire team. From our driver to the restaurant staff, housekeepers, and reception team, every single person went above and beyond. One of the standout features of the hotel’s design was the tranquil pond that surrounded the reception and dining area, complete with frogs that added to the peaceful, natural atmosphere. It created a serene backdrop that made every meal and interaction feel even more special. Our stay began with a seamless airport pickup by Paul, who welcomed us with chilled water, cold towels, and even let us choose the music for our journey. He was friendly and engaging, and when we realised my wife had left her phone at the airport, he didn’t hesitate to help us retrieve it from lost and found. Throughout our stay, the service remained flawless. Van and his team in the restaurant were consistently courteous, warm, and attentive. We enjoyed light meals on two occasions, including a beautifully presented sharing board of various spring rolls, each one packed with flavour. We also indulged in a delicious three-course lunch and an incredible four-course dinner, made even more memorable by a traditional Apsara dance performance between courses, an unforgettable cultural experience. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. There was a wide variety on offer, with both a generous buffet and à la carte menu, alongside a chef preparing eggs and noodle dishes to order. The quality and presentation were consistently excellent, and it was the perfect way to start each day. The reception team was always on hand to assist. They arranged a tuk-tuk to the Phare Circus for us, with the driver waiting patiently to bring us back afterwards.

Excellent food. Pool was within a shady patio very nice to prevent the sun simply burning.down. very nice personal, super helpful especially with a small child. I liked the massages. A special shout-out to the tours they organized outside usual tourist haunts. I would definitely come back. The only downside is the 10 per cent Rabatt for food and drinks was not applied even as it was promised during the booking. Otherwise I strongly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and markets. The staff was outstanding. Clean pool with enough space for swimming. Room just besides the pool. The room no.116 was spacious, with very good shower and comfortable bed. Very good internet and TV with Netflix and YouTube! Excellent organization of our trips provided by the hotel. Professional massage services.
