First thing to notice about this mini hotel is super friendly and professional stuff and great location. Big shoutout to Alfi and Kasym, but pretty much all stuff including the waiters, cleaning stuff and people at reception is great. Location is good as well. Takes about 10-12 minutes to reach the beach. Also busses going regularly to Side Ancient city. Even though you can't track them online, but stuff helped us to figure that out. Hotel got 2 great pools. Stuff play with kids, highly recommend if you want your kids to get occupied I guess. Room service were good if we talking about how stuff took their job. All the issues we were pointing out were handled super fast and professionally. I really liked the breakfasts. My personal preferences would be to make buffet at dinner instead of ordering. But it was good overall, so nothing to complain about that really.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was very good. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of city, it also was very close to the old town and the beach. The staff working around the pool where very nice and respectful. Ahmet, kasem and gokhen helped us with every thing, finding place to tour around, booking a bus tour for us and dealing with every thing so we don't have to worry about a thing. And they did activities, like foam parties and karaoke.

We have just returned from Melissa Garden Apart first time in Turkey. The staff here Ahmet on reception and the young man with ponytail .To the excellent front of house Alfie and Yaz and all the staff ,customer service at the top.of thier agenda and make everyday special.Food excellent,rooms cleaned every day ,location excellent near shops ,bars and restaurants all in all the nicest people you will meet and will 100% make your holiday special . THANK YOU 😊
