Nice territory, different room options available and variety of food. Great guest relations representative Irina - very pleasant, great communication, and could resolve any issue on the spot and made sure to follow up, and check that you feel well and comfortable. Territory of the hotel is nice - many spaces around the pool, seaside is a bit rocky at the entrance to the water but there is a pier that can be used to get in. There is a nice pier non alcoholic bar too. Rooms - We tried all room types in the hotel it looks like - started from a standard facing the pool (we booked garden view originally but were swapped at arrival) - was a bit loud because of night shows that end by 11pm, which was late for us as we have a 2 year old, so we moved to a family room in a different area - not in the main building - which was really lovely and quiet, with all necessary amenities and comfortable setup with two separate rooms and toilet and shower separated. We upgraded later to a residence that was also spacious (with an additional room - lounge area). The issue you may get in some rooms is air conditioning - the AC was turning off every few hrs in the first room at the main building, and we were advised we should have kept it at 10 degrees and max fan which we didn’t want to. It was not an issue in a family room, but one room in a residence had the same and also AC was directed right at the beds which is not very comfortable setup if you are sensitive to continuous flow from AC. Also looks like ventilation is shared between rooms (at least in family blocks) and no filters there because when some neighbors in the block were smoking in their room, we had the smell of the smoke in our room like they were smoking right there. This was quite horrible experience but guest relations offered us to move to another available room on the same area to avoid dealing with that, which we are grateful for.

I would say this is the best stay in my entire travel history. The all inclusive concept was something exceptional. Hotel: a 10/10 resort. The detailing in every single item was exceptional. They will never let you get bored of any single facility. The whole resort was very well maintained. Food: quality stuff, never get bored, everyday the menu changes. Ala carte options were also available and inclusive in the package. Food, drinks available almost anytime, if 1 restaurant closed, another open. The taste of every single item was above expectations which is very rare. Activities: beach, water slides, pools, tuva spa, outdoor games, kids play area, baby care, night shows. All above expectations. I really appreciate the hard work by the management and the staff, it is not easy to give such a high quality and well discipline stuff. We truly enjoyed the essence of their premium hospitality.

Best hotel ever. The staff is friendly and does everything to help you enjoy your holidays.Food is great. The beach is rocky but has a pier. See is super clean. Cannot ask more of a hotel.

The pool was large allowing ample space for everyone, the food on offer was diverse and of good quality. Special mention to Emirhan in the dining room, always made if feel special, remember our drinks orders and polite and professional. It is people like him the make a stay memorable.
