The hotel was clean and the service was very good. The food was varied and very good considering the volume being cooked. Entertainment ok on the whole, not my cup of tea but bearable just. Cleaning staff were excellent restocking fridge, towels etc everyday leaving nice surprises with flowers and folded towels. Big shout out to Berk in reception, Davut the bar captain with a fabulous margarita and great local knowledge. Finally, Sevket, the f&b manager who was helpful with personal comfort. Also, these guys helped with staff who struggled with the English language to ensure we were well looked after.

AIR-CON; was very, VERY good! BATH/SHOWER PERFORMANCE/HOT WATER/PRESSURE; Was no bath, but a lovely hot and powerful shower. BED/SLEEP QUALITY; One of the most comfiest beds I've EVER slept in, so comfy! BLACKOUT CURTAINS; These are often overlooked, but not here! Excellent blackout curtains! DAILY ROOM CLEANING; Very good daily cleaning by lovely staff. EARLY/LATE CHECK IN & OUT; This didn't apply to us EASY TO FIND; Extremely-the Alexia Resort & Spa - Adults Only, is one of the largest hotels on the main Rd. FOOD QUALITY; Pretty good-food in Eastern Europe is often hit and miss, but here the selection was great. FRIDGE; A REALLY small mini bar, so not much room for your own stuff, but as it was AI, it was restocked daily. HOTEL APPEARANCE; A lovely and grand hotel. KETTLE; Yes, we had a full size kettle, complete with everything to make coffee and tea to your own liking. LOCATION; Great location, right in the middle of everything. NOISE/QUIETNESS; We had a room facing the main rd outside, so there was quite a bit of traffic, but it never bothered us. ROOM SIZE; A lovely big room. SAFE; A safe was provided free of charge SOCKETS NEAR BED; Yes, beth sides TV SIZE; Adequate, but only just. WI-FI; This was the only let down of the whole hotel! We barely managed 4kbps, nowhere near enough to stream movies, or anything really. We were really disappointed with this!

Alexia staff are friendly and courteous . I went with my daughter and we were only African in the resort ..The events coordinator's, the restaurant manager, the bar .man, were all frirndly and always smiling. There's lot of food Variety to choose from. Alcohol it's only brand from Turkey, it will be good to add wines and beers that are popular. The entertainment was good.
