The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

The WiFi was terrible, always out of connection, had to connect to my own data. Complained about the loud neighbours banging the door and shouting at the hallway (which happened almost 3hr straight), but no actions were taken. But, the room was clean. The AC works well. The bed was nice. It was all pleasant except that one particular commotion. Definitely worth the value.

really tidy, and the staff is really helpful. 1. We requested early check-in because we came early. The staff did everything they could to get us a room fast. 2. Extremely receptive. requested a second towel and an ironing board. The personnel sent it to our room in less than 5 minutes. 3. The bathroom and room are clean. 4. Close to "kedai runcit," Starbucks, the bus station, and a shopping complex. There is no road noise because the main road is nearby but not too close.
