Excellent location in easy reach on foot to the city centre. Very nice furnishing and the apartment is full of character, we had a comfortable stay. Greeted by the host and received clear instructions on how to access the property and check out expectation. Very clean apartment, clean bedding/ towels, toiletries available

Everything! The location is the best - right at the beginning of the big square, in the historical center. Across the street you have the best specialty coffee of the city - Charlie’s and a market is right next to the Residence. The place is so quiet, so peaceful and you have anything you need for a relaxing vacation! I highly recommend it! And the apartment is very large and cozy, we felt better than home!

The apartment is big and beautiful! We were in the winter and it was so warm, clean, quiet and you have everything you need, including coffee. You are 10 steps away from the Christmas Market ( the big square) and the host was very friendly. The best choice in the old city center of Sibiu!

I recently stayed at Historical Center Residence 1 and it was an absolute delight from start to finish! The location is fantastic,peaceful, scenic, and close to many local attractions. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
