The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

The communication was fantastic, very clear and frequent. All questions were answered very quickly. The location was amazing, the house is beautiful and so much room for sitting together. The house had lots of utensils, glasses etc and the instructions were great! .

Spacious and spotless- great help from staff . The house has everything you need . Fantastic location right by the Kingsland Bridge so a short walk into town.

Check in Code was provided 24 hours before check in. Everything was as expected, and access was easy. The house was amazing, ideally located for enjoying the local scenery and bars/restaurants. The added bonus of a games room really enhanced our stay being a group of middle-aged friends that catch up in different places every year. Ideal place for large family groups who enjoy historic towns with a wide variety of bars/restaurants within walking distance.
